On a cold weekend in Autumn Chris and Jen travelled to Whitby to try out some Glamping. This seem like just another costal break but Chris had a secret. It was one of the best kept secrets in human history with only Chris and Jen's dad knowing what was about to happen. On the morning of the 13th September Chris and Jen took a walk down to a nice secluded beach just south of Whitby called Saltwick bay.

They sat for a bit admiring the view, Chris talking nonsense trying to distract her from what was going to happen, and himself because he was worried the ring wouldn't fit. Then after a while it was time, Chris told her he couldn't imagine been without her and he should have asked her this question years ago. With that he got down on one knee and said "Will you marry me?"...

Obviously the answer was yes, he placed the ring on her finger and to his releif it fitted perfectly. They spent the rest of the day taking some photos on the beach, having dinner, and a nice long walk along the coast line.
